In 2017 I bought to pre-owned office chairs. They helped my try out the chairs for fit to the people who would occupy them and helped me find a chair that was not too expensive. This month, one of the chairs came apart and I scheduled an appointment with them to buy a new chair. Because I did not know how to dispose of the old chair, I took it with me to the appointment. It had not occurred to me that it could be fixed or that the Office Furniture Warehouse owner would fix the chair. Because of COVID, I did not get out of my van. . . Pete came out and took the chair out of the van, took it into the warehouse, fixed it, and returned it to my van. No charge. Is that good service or what! I saved a few hundred dollars in not having to buy another chair! - Patricia Koehler
