Had terrible neck pain for a week after tweaking it in the gym, 3 different therapists couldn't release it, went by this place and the lady at reception was very accommodating - managed to fit me in for a 30 minute session and it is like the world has been lifted off my shoulders! incredibly relaxing massage, very professional staff and authentic ayurveda oils. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well priced treatment.

The best! I have suffered for years with neck problems leading to Migraines and have always struggled to find someone who could relieve this for me. I honestly must have tried 20-30 different places but Found this place and have never looked back! Also more recently had a bit more of a complex hamstring injury which multiple bupa Physios couldnt fix, went to Ayur care and I was sorted within an hour. Honestly couldnt recommend her enough!

Extremely unprofessional service. Had an appointment booked. Due to personal reasons and much well in advance I tried calling to reschedule the appointment to another date. Tried calling and went to voicemail. Left the message in detail but the owner wasnt even keen to check voice messages and then declined to offer separate appointment dates. Voice Mail functionality are checked and used in the present technology world. Some people still live in the Stone Age.

I took the package of 5 massage sessions in august. I had 3 sessions one after other. Dr S did well and I benifited from massage. Left 2 massages been pending for long time. I got 1 session with other staff even when I requested to have it with Dr S but she been busy with her personal things. The last session was booked but for unforeseen circumstances, I cancelled it at last minute. She been very unprofessional and saying that she can not give me free massage!! First it was not free , I paid for the package. I agreed to pay cancellation charges and requested for gerund of rest money. When told her that she never told me about the cancellation policy, she did not bother to message back. Now after a week I found that she has put cancellation policy on her website. After asking her reply, she said she will do me humanitarian favour by offering me free last session. She does not owe me anything etc. how professional is that to the clients. On top she said she did my treatment etc. yes because that is your job. You did not do favour, this was the reason I came to you. But she ended this badly. Im sorry but I love my self respect and dont need any favours from you. This is very unprofessional.
