Absolutely love this gym, the classes, the coaches and the location. It's based at the back of the railway station in Aylesbury. It has a great community vibe and all the members are friendly. In my opinion, this is a testimony to the attitude and culture the owner has set. They have a variety of classes to suit everyone. Beginners starting, like me. Children classes, intermediate, and advanced, as well as preparing those for competition. One of their members won the world championship. They even have ladies-only classes every Wednesday morning with a female Judo olympian. The prices are affordable and great value for money. If you are specifically looking to try Brazillian Jiu-jitsu and/or kickboxing with world-class trainers, this is the place. I highly recommend you try it out. Ask for Kevin or Dan, these guys knew their stuff and would be more than happy to assist you. Do not sit on this. This place is a hidden gem.
