        Cretinous automata. How on earth this mess costs me 3k a year I have no idea. In the private sector they would all be unemployed. Hopefully they soon all will be given their robotic responses could easily be replicated by an extremely low tech machine. Edit now 3600 a year and yet the service still is third world. Oh to be allowed to be this inept and yet continue to be employed.

        Worst council I have ever dealt with and I have lived a quite a few boroughs across the UK. My area waste collection is absolutely appalling, they regularly miss bin collection, leave spilt rubbish on the floor without clearing it up and purposely block peoples driveways yet when you complain they are rude, always on the side of their stall with us the tax payer being expected to prove our poor treatment. And on top of this they appear to be one of the most expensive councils in the area for council tax
