Richard was my coach for over a year. He is a great listener. He has the uncanny ability to pick out words and sentences that I say and play them back to me followed by pertinent questions that end up giving me a whole new insight into my patterns and my relationships. He gives a lot of space for my explorations and holds a very safe and secure container. He has a great deal of integrity and instils trust, which is essential for this journey. I have learnt so much about myself over the course of the coaching sessions. My favourite session was when Richard led me through an exercise on mind talk / clearance process which I found extremely powerful. I recommend Richard wholeheartedly

I have very much enjoyed working with Richard as my coach over the past 12 months. He has supported me with my career development and shown great skill in applying different models and ways of thinking to our conversations, which have helped me look at things in a different way and gain a clearer perspective. Aside from that Richard is a really nice guy and very skilled at what he does. One of my favourite sessions with him was spent sitting in the sunshine up on the 5th floor roof garden we have at work and doing a powerful visualisation exercise. He is willing to adapt the style of his sessions to suit you and I always really appreciated and enjoyed that. Great guy and coach.
