        Very unprofessional, negligence this law firm call Browns. This firm is now reported to Ombudsman, law society & solicitor regulatory authority because they lost my properties original deeds. The email from them saying the deeds were kept in the basement in their old office then they moved to another premises but never returned original old copy of deeds . When ask for they said deeds were posted but no proof of posting showed then they sent copies downloaded from the land registry & avoid answering emails. Stay away from this firm

        I bought property last year using browns solicitors. These guys ignored to letting me know the management fees of 60 .I'm paying 700 fines & penalties because of this company negligence. Less knowledgeable staff and poor communication throughout the process.
