I got in contact with Sherri and Trisha at Parrot & Coales after being recommended by a friend who also used them when purchasing their first home. Sherri and Trisha were very helpful throughout the process and made sure we exchanged and completed within all the deadlines that we were working towards. There's are a lot of technical jargon when reading through all the paperwork (which can be a little bit scary when buying your first home), however both Sherri and Trisha were really helpful in explaining what everything meant. Would recommend highly their services!

A very un professional firm, with no awareness of the implications of their decisions, even when these are far reaching. They have made several mistakes while acting on my behalf which have cost us a lot to rectify via another firm of solicitors. My praise goes out to Michelle who was helpful and polite. However others that we sealed with their communication was awful and throughout the whole process we felt they were about to go out of business. The lack of staff seems to be down to this. I would strongly advise that you avoid using this firm at all costs. Make sure you get things in writing if you do go here.

We have used Parrott & Coales since buying our first house in 1988. We went in today to make an appointment to update our wills. They have the original copy in their safe. We were told by the receptionist that they are not accepting 'new' business. I explained that we are long established existing customers and we need to update our wills, due to changes since we last did this. She said that they don't have enough staff and told us we should go to a different firm. The whole situation stinks like they are about to go out of business. If they treat their customers like this then it can't come soon enough.They have certainly lost all our future business!
