My call was dropped mid conversation by the call handler after she got tetchy. I was pleasant throughout. I had 3 important questions. I waited 15 minutes (mid afternoon which is the quietest time) and then spoke for 10 minutes. I never got on to ask my other two questions, which are critical to me

I have 3 pensions with these people, absolutely brilliant until you try to get your money. Two applications to date that 'apparently' lost in the post. I know royal mail are poor but to lose 2 envelopes with all my personal details is beyond useless. I also notice the complete lack of detail in all alleged positive reviews.

To say the least they are incompetent,trying to transfer my pension past 6 months staff are unhelpful and rude

I couldnt give zero stars otherwise I wouldve very insensitive and unhelpful especially compared too legal and general at a very difficult time!
