Framework Digital

Framework Digital provides excellent support for small charities. Having launched a new website at the beginning of the pandemic with a very novice team from Buckinghamshire Gardens Trust, Framework Digital staff have shown patience, a willingness to provide step by step instruction and encouragement at every stage. Yesterday a new member explained that he taken membership based upon the website content and the regular e-bulletins which he thought were a superior standard to neighbouring county trusts. We started working with Tomas and his team in spring 2020. It was a really difficult year for our charity, overwhelmed with work due to the Covid restrictions, and from our side we were unable to stick to the schedule of work, which I'm sure was frustrating for them. Framework Digital were absolutely great throughout - very patient and helpful. We now have a great website, which we are thrilled with and which will be very easy to update going forward. It was a pleasure to work with Framework Digital - and I would highly recommend them. Top Service.
