Mccloskey Build Ltd

We used McCloskey Build for three separate projects. First was remodelling rooms upstairs (removing walls and creating new ones) included moving the family bathroom to create a larger master bedroom and larger family bathroom. Second, smaller project, was to repair/replace rotten dormer. Third project was to remove large glass conservatory and build single storey extension. Each project was managed efficiently. The craftsmanship of the team was second to none. Everyone on site arrived at the times/days promised and all put in a full days work. The area they were working in was left clean and tidy each day. Where issues arose, these were discussed with us immediately along with suggested solutions. Nothing was too much trouble. I will continue to use and recommend McCloskey Build. Pat and his team approach building as a craft. They are artists at what they do! I hired Pat for his ability to envision the project before it starts and smoothly construct the desired design, whether it be a small tiling job or full garden re-landscape! Pat and his team are professional, reliable, talented, great communicators and just nice guys! Pat and I collaborated together on the design of my garden re-landscaping and I had complete faith in Pat's ability & experience and he provided respectful feedback on my design choices. I could not recommend McCloskey Build enough. They take so much pride in what they do and leave a product at the end which just looks amazing (including the tiling in my bathroom and wood flooring downstairs)! We have had so many compliments on the garden Pat and his team have created. We are so grateful and will not even consider an alternative provider for any future building work that we do!

McCloskey Build has done two significant jobs at my house over the last 3 years and all done to a superb standard. First was to remodel the upstairs to create a third bedroom whilst ensuring all 3 bedrooms were of a good size with suitable access. The second was to design, gain building approval, demolish and rebuild the front porch with a new downstairs WC. This was not a straightforward project and when a major (unforeseeable) issue occurred, they came up with an alternative solution and delivered whilst remaining within budget. A really professional company and would highly recommend.
