        On Saturday I got into this shop and informed the lady that I wanted flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on Monday. I asked to see the designs that she had. She then showed me one that was on display, I didn't like it and told her I wanted flowers that were brighter. I then asked for pictures bearing in mind she only showed me one that were nearly withering on window display. She was irritated by my request and told me that my request is like going to the barber and asking how my hair will look like before the hair is cut. She then turned round and said " I don't know what you really want from me ". All I wanted was to see a couple of bouquets so that I could choose from. I will never step foot in that shop again. I think it was rude to mock me and the service was unprofessional. There are nicer ways of treating costumers.
