    Great service tv picked up in morning repaired back by 3pm in the afternoon working again.

    I give him 1 star for coming out that afternoon. But when he arrived he clearly new nothing about TVs. The fault is in my set, it keeps switching itself off and on while I am trying to watch it. Sometimes it doesn't fire up at all. He said my remote needed resetting and went to his car and did something to the remote after which we had a picture. He asked to see my aerial and insisted my satdish was for Sky. I told him repeatedly that I have never had Sky, the sat dish was for recieving digital TV which he appeared to never have heard of. His thoughts were that the old UHF cables were supposed to be supplying my signal. He went back to the car to phone a friend and then said my sat dish was for my Freesat viewing. I had been trying to explain that to him for 10 or 12 minutes. After paying him 25 00 for the non repair the remote packed up completely. As I can buy a new remote fire a few pounds I want my 25:00 back

    Brought a TV last year and the back light failed a week ago. Not covered by the 12 warranty and was having a issue with the retailer service company as they where not responding to my requests. Email sent on the Saturday morning responses with in 3 hours. Arranged to get the TV to him on the following Friday and he said he will look at it ASAP. Got a email that night to say what the fault and the options to fix it. Agreed the best option to repair the TV. Had a phone call on the Saturday morning saying the TV is ready to collect! Great news that it was fixed and ready all with in 24 hours. TV back home and working.
