My wife went into this establishment. She saw my wife and just ignored her and carried on steaming something. She then came towards her and then went back to put a mask on. My wife asked the question, can they dry clean a bed throw. The woman just snapped and said No, cannot do that, it is illegal to dry clean a duvet. It wasn't a duvet, it was a throw for the bed. Perhaps she should listen carefully. She then said if it's from China, it cannot be done. We could get fined 50000 if we get caught....what? My wife told her that it's from The White company and it says on the label its professional dry cleaning only! It is also made in Portugal where most of The White company goods are made and it is in the EU!! For a business to speak to someone like thisis a joke. There was no apology for keeping her waiting or guving a nice welcome!! Stay away and go to Morrisons who are much more accomodating and polite.
