Awful primitive place. Paper registration, no appointments available, barely any online services provided, no reply to any emails, long waits on the phone. Total waste of time.

Have to call at 8:30 am to get an appointment. By 8:35am all the appointments have gone. Also you can't call before 8:30 and be put in a call queue as it just kicks you back out. If you do call at 8:30 on the dot you will be 50th in the queue so have no chance of an appointment and will just be told to call tomorrow. I have no idea how they think this functions but it really doesn't. I can't believe we pay national insurance and tax for this

My wife recently was suffering what she thought a reoccurrence of pains she had with pancreatis phoned the surgery, was told the usual message no more doctos appointments today call 111 which she did and 30 minutes with them told to call her doctor?, so we went to the hospital where she spent the weekend.called doctors 08.30 in the morning and was 45th in the cue she stayed on the phone until 9.45 when she was told by the receptionist sorry there's no more appointments today please ring back tomorrow she pleaded just to talk to her doctor for 5 minutes to talk about her results but the receptionist was not interested.its about time the pandemic was forgotten and we learned to live with it as its not going away. Also found out our doctor had retired 2 months previous
