My daughter was referred here 6 months ago, we missed the first appointment as didn't get a letter to say when it was. Went to the second appointment and the dentist seemed friendly at first and then very judgemental and she made me feel like I was a bad mum. Had to book 3 more appointments for her. I was told on the phone that the first appointment was today but it was actually yesterday so they've now discharged her and cancelled all her appointments. I now need to get her referred again to wait another 6 months for my daughter to be seen again.

My aunt is 94 and has suffered from dementia for 8 tears. She was in agony yesterday- possibly through ill fitting dentures. Screaming in agony yesterday. Managed to speak to Out of Hours doctor last night who prescried liquid morphine and suggested we speak to GP today - Poplar Grove permanently engaged for last two hours. Brookside Clinic have mobile dentist. Aunt very weak and in pain. Spoke to robotic receptionist at Brookside who said new patients must go through triage system which is lenghty. I explained this is an emergency. Please help an old lady in severe pain. Just same repetitive essage about triage system. My aunt worked all her life and paid into system. What for? To be treated like a nuisance when she most ends help. No humanity. That is dead and NHS on last legs.

I found the out of hours dentis not much use but was very judgmental and not at all understanding to people with medical problems it's a shame that we only have this one place in Aylesbury to use in an emergency.
