        Claim to be able to book your money online for collection within 60 seconds SADLY it then fails to mention that it takes over 30 minutes waiting in a queue to be able to collect your pre booked cash Very slow and understaffed collection store in Aylesbury was very disappointing.

        When buying the exchange rate seemed good ..but when you want to exchange back to pounds within the 90days they will claim you needed to pay extra to get the same or better rate back ! Something not explained till exchanging for pounds SO BE AWARE OF THIS ! You then get laughed at by staff if you ask to explain

        I am disappointed with the man on duty today though he explained that he was a reliever only for aylesbury branch for today but I find that the way he respond to me is a little bit rude. So, I came there yesterday to send money, I was assisted by the two ladies on duty they are very responsive gonna give them 5 stars but unfortunately when I came home I found out that my passport was missing it was late night so I decided to check it today and I got nothing. It was my first time to experience such scenario that the staff is having attitude towards the customer. I understand that he was not there when I had the transaction but atleast he should treat me in a good manner and the tone of his voice was high that made me mad to write my review here. I was trying also to get a contact number that I can talk with but he told its not possible for him to give any.
