The staff not very organised, inteview for a position contact to say care manager would contact you, only for another member of the team ring to offer you a position you didn't apply for, not very professional

I applied for a position as home care role. I was called a few days ago to say I need to fill in an application form which they would email to me. Today I went to the library to fill it all in and was there well over an hour. The arrow that takes you to the boxes to fill in just kept taking me to other boxes and when I started typing wouldnt type. I manage to fill it all in apart from a few boxes. I rang and spoke to a lady called Izzie. She was very rude and not at all helpful and told me its not their application but my WiFi. I tried two different places with two different devices. Then I said can I not leave it like that and then add it in when I have the interview and she said there is nothing she can do, it all needs to be filled in. But it wasnt letting me. Very un helpful and rude. So I told them to forget about it.
