we are students that went into WHsmith to post a parcel and we qued in the que and politely asked a lady called sara if i can put my rubbish in the bin, and she said no thankyou and started shouting at us telling us there are bins all around aylesbury and she would appreciate us if we didnt ask again. we then said its fine in the same manner we spoke to her before and she said from the till theres a bin in mcdonalds, waste your time there. we then left the situation and went to the post office where we had found a bin in the waiting queue. we had left the rubbish there and as we were walking out she said thanks for leaving it behind. we told her we binned it and she carried on making snarky comments. we got her name and she responded with why do u need my name is it because im rude. we dont appreciate this type of customer service, especially as we all work in retail ourselves. were upset with the manners she spoke in and we suggest you do something about it before she scares more customers away.
