Printed the label and asked at the cashier if he could receive the parcel. He said that to give it to his colleague.
Went to speak with the colleague and I said "Hello can you please help with this parcel?" and the answer was "I'm busy. Can you wait 5m?"
Hahhah this is hilarious because return a parcel takes literally 10 seconds. Just need to scan and give a name!
Went again at cashier and I said your colleague is busy, can you do it please? And he said that I had to wait because it was only them two in the store (not true) and it was busy..... I was the only person at the cashier
So not professional at all! And if the staff can handle a simple parcel return that takes 10sec is better not to accept Evri parcels or change your staff.
First time I went in this shop to return a parcel, a very nice blonde lady(sorry I don't know the name) helped me. But today.... very bad customer service
