Usually lovely and helpful staff but went there the other night and the lady working there (M**) was so rude. Huffed and puffed that I was waiting at the til to be served and muttering under her breath etc . She is a let down for this usually friendly store. Trying to get hold of the manager to alert him to this weak link is also hard work. As a regular customer I don't deserve to be treated like an inconvenience . It's made me begin to go to the SainsburysS down the road instead.
