        Someone came to quote us for an extension in November 2021, but we never received the actual quote even after months of me contacting them only to be fobbed off with well get someone to call you or Ill get back to you by the end of the day. In the end I couldnt be bothered wasting any more of my time so stopped contacting them. Finally a few weeks ago they phoned asking for the extension plans etc which I sent via email only for us to have no confirmation of the email receipt or response. Ive given up trying to contact this company and am very disappointed and fed up with their lack of communication.
