A disappointing experience. Started well with Michael visiting in April to measure and quote for 3 blown windows. Seemed like a decent guy, and we were happy to proceed - we were initially given a 2-3 week turnaround time. It has now been 10 weeks since then and communication has been terrible. Emails that have been ignored and phone calls where we are just met with excuses ranging from COVID to our windows have been lost. We have even been blamed for not getting back with dates even though my wife has emailed countless times - anytime, any day doesnt seem to have been flexible enough. Finally was promised a call back Friday/Monday of last week with an update and let down once more. 3 months wasted. I would not recommend at all.
