With two dogs I have found the product absolutely essential. The pu seal stops any dirt or urine getting into the grout or inbetween tiles. Just spray on the disinfectant and wipe off as easy as that. I would certainly recommend the antslip for anyone with pets or young children, it really makes a noticeable difference. My dogs (and kids) used to slip and slide on our new floor but since the anti slip treatment this has not happened.
To top it all off it has also made it very easy to mop the floor.
