First time ordering from lakeside and it was absolutely amazing, food came perfectly on time, it was still hot and to top it off the food was absolutely delicious! will definitely be ordering from here again!

We use lakeside weekly, well we did until tonight, awful service equally awful food. Food had spilledout into the bag, chips very chewy, reheated, runny curry and missing item. Called up, no customer service, argumentative, driver collected food and returned with a completely "fresh" meal. Moaned at us for having plated our food up. Curry cold, chips still stale. Never again. EDIT**** so now the "restaurant" claims we had eaten half of the meal. Well some had been put on plates before we complained so we had to scrape it back in the dishes to send it back. And for their information I HAVE in the past written a good review but I always give both sides. As I said before dreadful customer service and from reading other reviews and the restaurant replies, I would say they haven't learnt any new skills either. What is it they say? If you can't stand the heat stay out the kitchen, best they stay out of the kitchen
