So disappointed with the service we've received since buying our used Skoda. There is a a general lack of organisation within the dealership and the constant need to keep returning back and forth to sign different documents is tedious this could be easily solved if various departments within the building communicated to eachother better. Since first deciding to purchase our Skoda kodiaq back in January we've visited the dealership 7 times. The car was delivered to us at the start of February after being serviced. We quickly realised parts of the interior trim were broken and missing which we contacted the sales team about within 14 days. Shortly after this we realised a problem with the rear brakes we returned the car to the servicing team and were given a courtesy car for the day the brakes were greased and the car returned to us. The same day we contacted Skoda again to report the same issue and screech coming from the rear brakes. A further month later we were offered another appointment with the servicing team and a courtesy car booked for us. Imminently due to give birth to our child and with an appointment to get to, it was important we could rely on having transport. On arrival at the dealership we were told the courtesy car booked for us had been sold and the options were to rebook or wait until the garage had replaced rear brakes. I would strongly urge people to consider all options around buying a car from here and taking out any of the additional servicing plans. Our experience has left us with zero confidence in our servicing package or with the level of customer service we've experienced. We've had no answer to the missing trim and no satisfactory answers to our concerns. Almost 30k spent on a car with dodgy brakes!!!

Fourth warranty visit on my vehicle for same problem. Was told to show up before 9am and there would be a courtesy car for me or if not, they would make sure it was the first vehicle seen and it would be done while I wait. Showed up early. No courtesy car and they never started work on it until after lunchtime. So now Im Stuck in here all day waiting. Despite a change in staff here it looks like the Bristol street motors culture remains: They really dont seem to care about their customers or respect their time.

I bought a skoda octavia from here a couple of weeks ago and am more than happy with the car and the buying experience from the dealership. A special thanks to Denisa who I dealt with from initial enquiry through to handover, she was friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend.

I've always had a positive experience here. Professional people who explain things clearly and communicate without waffle. They offer a premium service and having used them for over a decade I can give them a robust thumbs up!

Honestly I wish we didn't have to use this garage. The purchase of the car was fairly uneventful, although our model is selling itself so the salesperson was largely disinterested. I should have been contacted last August about a software update, I wasn't so I contacted them and booked it in in December for the update and a service. I arrived to collect the car but the update hadn't been done because they needed a part, which would take 24 hours to order in (my update had been booked 3 weeks in advance, but apparently no one actually looks ahead at what's coming in - my fault apparently for ringing the number on the website rather than booking directly though them - who knew?!). Anyway the part was apparently ordered and would be in that week and someone would phone me to rebook. That was two months ago. I've rung again this morning, and been put through to the wrong department who apparently can't put me through to the right department, but at least the helpful gentleman on the phone is going to try and email the correct department for me. I'm not optimistic. They also owe us a bin for our car, admittedly it's only 15 on the price of a car, but we've still paid for it and it's still not been delivered despite someone assuring me before Christmas that they would reorder it. Basically massively disappointing customer service, if they weren't our closest Skoda dealer by miles I would be going elsewhere.
