        Ben Smith from MB Aylesbury was the most helpful and professional sales person I have ever come across. Sourced a van for me over the phone (when other dealer could in a reasonable timeframe) and was helpful with a tight timeline. Organised, professional and timely, he is a credit to MB. Will definitely be returning to him in the future.

        I have just this week collected my new GLA from Mercedes in Aylesbury. The service from the beginning was excellent. We first started looking in January, and Scott was very helpful, offering advice and talking through the best options for me, without the hard sell attitude. And then very pro-active in helping find a car, organising a test drive and keeping in touch with updates until the car arrived. Then Cora carried on with the great service, arranging the collection, confirming the insurance details, tax, any additional options right up to the hand over when I collected the car. Then on the day Cora was so lovely and helpful, great customer service, friendly and informative. It was a great experience from start to finish - fantastic customer service and good to be spoken to in a normal way, politely and helpful and looked after. Now I look forward to enjoying my new car. Thank you Cora, Scott & Mercedes!
