The staff wernt great, I was having an issue with my info entertainment and I was told it would cost 80 to find out the issue even know it was because the battery had been replaced. I was told the problem was my fault for not going to Honda in the first place. I'm also Neurodiverse and I was having a meltdown. And to be told it was my fault was completely unacceptable and wrong. I will not be going here again

Charged 527 to replace a master window switch. My fault for using the Honda dealer - with an independent provider it would have cost a fraction of this. But it still feels like a rip-off. Feeling like this, what's the chance I buy Honda again?
