This Bus Station has seating has 11 bays that causes the buses to be in different Bays (bay 1,2,3,11 are not the answer its Bay 4,5,6,7,8,9,10) The toilets smell dirty and there is not a lot of staff to help around plus there is no separate bays for school buses or coaches to airports. What i would like to see is 18 Bays a coffee shop, bus offices (Arriva,Red Rose,Star Travel,Red Line) (National Express,Arriva Click) new toilets, New Access to Friars Square and the bus station to be near the train station also to relocate morrisons
