Lady on reception today Saturday 29th April needs to have training for how to give customer service and maybe please and thankyou would b nice If I hadnt of been served by her it would of been a lovely time and I would of given a 5 star I have always been given great customer service here in the past Also the ping pong table 1 think needs to b moved as it was forever being pinged down the bowling alley

We had a good evening, very busy for a Friday night. Drinks and bowling for 2 came to 30-40.

Quite run down. Loads of machines out of order. Our alley kept malfunctioning. The place in general needed a bit of TLC. Staff were nice amd helpful.
