Awful customer service from the older man ....not a nice atmosphere...charged me 26 when pricelist says 25...my nails were rushed and not a good shape...back to Palace for me !!!

Amazing service. Polite and welcoming. Gave advice on the best way to achieve the look I wanted and the result was exactly like the picture I showed! Definitely going back.

I am using this saloon from last three year and I was a regular customer, i had experience very rude manners on multiple occasions by the man who is an owner, I kept ignore and tired to understand his frustrations as like all the other nail salon they are busy too. Today for the first time I wasnt happy with my nail size done by a new man, a man who is owner was extremely rude to me and kept shouting and not ready to listen to listen to me He was literally sushhhhed me and saying not to say anything Was threatening me that this time he will change for me but next time if I dont like anything he will not do it and asked me to go somewhere else At the end I was in my tears and I had to left shop, paid him as well for the half service. Will never go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone to pay money to get effected own mental health. Service: Acrylic nails
