        Waited nearly 1.5 hours to see somebody. Clearly under staffed. Service however was helpful once we finally got to talk to someone.

        I dont use branches very often these days, but needed help and was dealt with quickly by the front desk in few minutes. Just a little surprised that at 2.20, the cashier desks were closed????

        Seem to have no staff or counter service any more, machines are slow and only allow limited number of notes to be paid in at once, had to do my business banking over 3 transactions. Massive wait and queue behind me owing to tike it takes! Bring back some human contact and some common sense please! Absolutely ridiculous!

        The staff are always so very helpful and friendly. Its so lovely to see the welcoming face of Richard. A fantastic branch with staff that are a credit to barclays bank. They all provide an amazing service.
