The worse customer service experience ever. Poorly trained staff as different staff were provided conflicting advise. Bad tempered that in the end one had to apologise for her statement.

Zero stars if I could! Zero customer service! The worst bank branch I have ever been to. One member of staff, FLEUR, was extremely rude and unhelpful, stay away if you can! Waste of time. All she said to me was to use online banking! I told her I do not have access as I am moving houses , I just came to change my address! I asked her to just check at least if I have option of paperless active to prevent letters coming to old address. Her answer was to use online banking! Instead of helping she started investigating how I lost my bank papers and calculator and it came out later that she BLOCKED MY CARD!!!!!!!!! not even telling me about that!!!!!!!!!!! No sorry, apologies for inconvenience, no thank you, not even good bye!!! Today I filed an official complaint on Fleur, waiting now for result. It took me less than a minute to change my address in Lloyds and Tsb banks the same day when I came in .....

Fantastic! We set up our accounts with them a few years and they were incredibly helpful, whenever I've had to go into the branch since they've been really friendly and always help whenever I have an issue! :)
