        Definitely more convenient than driving into town & paying for parking BUT very often there's only One member of staff and on most occasions I've queued up for a minimum of 20 minutes. Drive through service closed years ago

        Great staff very helpful, but please sort your car park out its a disgrace, people are damaging there wheels in there as it resembles a road from Baghdad!! The amount of profit you make you should be able to present yourselves in a tidy and safe manor, Barclays across the road dont struggle to do this. !!

        Grumpy, uninterested and unhelpful staff. Been banking with Lloyd's for 40 years and tried to cash some coins. Told I had to know exactly how much I had, that I could only do 10 bags and only deposit into an account. The so called assistant did not assist but resist. Finally telling me to go to a change machine in a retail shop and pay for the service. 40 years at Lloyd's...goodbye, went straight next door to the so called retailer and opened a new account with Barclays...bye bye Lloyd's.

        Great Bank, great staff, I would just recommend a 4x4 in the carpark , as you may loose your car down the cavanas pot holes.
