Halfords - Aylesbury

Went in there on Saturday afternoon with my wife and crying kids. The manager there was clearly having a hard shift due to being understaffed but he was very helpful, very patient and very attentive. Kept his cool, he was very polite & well mannered. He even interacted with my kids when they were playing up and being a nuisance and because of him they stopped crying! give this guy a raise, he deserves it.

Child Seats 5 Stars at least! Had the absolute pleasure of visiting Halfords in Aylesbury today and was served by a lady called Sian who was absolutely incredible! Not only was she super polite, pleasant and truly customer focused but had knowledge on childs seats to the extreme! Absolutely incredible, there was nothing she did not know, she even measured, weighed and spoke my little three year old through the excitement of a new seat. So much so, I bought two! Well done Halfords and to Sian who demonstrated a relentless focus on the customer experience, an absolute pleasure and highly recommended if you want someone to walk you through all the options and make sure you have the right seat for you and your little one, then go and see Sian at Halfords Five Stars

Excellent service at Aylesbury. I had a question relating to head lights and getting nowhere with Peugeot, chat rooms and the dealer themselves, the staff knew exactly what I needed.
