Closing time at 5:30 on a Friday I arrive at 4:25 saying that theyre closing.
After some persuasion they allowed me to book in for Monday, while making me feel like I was holding them back from going home.
Then on Monday to turn up at 9:45 with nobody here.
Opening times for 9 am.
I waited until 11:40 just in case Ive got the time wrong, still nobody turned up to work.
The business next door to them, I asked if they had a direct number to contact him in case of emergencies. Sadly they do not have this but I must highlight it seemed I was not the first customer to ask this question or be in the situation with a company.
While I was here three more customers turned up for appointments and left.
This is completely not the way to run a business at all !!!
