Craig was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He responded very promptly to my calls and turned up spot on time. Once on site he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was totally honest about what was possible and explained that the issue couldn't be fixed without major expense. It was refreshing not to be told something could be fixed when it couldn't. I would highly recommend Craig. He was knowledgable, punctual, friendly and very professional. Craig installed a Freesat dish for me in March and moved the aerial point to a new location. Craig was able to recommend the best aerial for my needs and was even kind enough to tidy up some of the old wires from previous owners outside. I was impressed by how clean and tidy Craigs work was both in terms of hiding the wires but also left no trace of dust after drilling through the walls. Simply, an excellent job, and will absolutely use again. Thank you, Craig.

Craig arrived early, diagnosed the problems quickly, and explained the issues and the solutions clearly. He did not try to get us to waste money on unnecessary work. His work is very neat, and the place was spotless when he had finished. He explained everything that he had done, and showed us the results. Craig is unfailingly courteous, is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and takes pride in his work. We have used him before, and will continue to do so. We can confidently recommend him.
