What a lovely peaceful little tea rooms. Down a twisty road off the beaten track in a little nature reserve with a lake and back drop of corn fields. Cream tea for 2 was 10 and the most important thing was that they were still serving them on a Sunday until 5pm!! (Almost unheard of strangely in our experience of Devon and Cornwall even in the height of the summer!! For somewhere known for its cream teas you'd think they'd serve them almost around the clock , but anyway I digress , rant over )

Nice coffees and a peaceful setting. Challenging roads on approach owing to being very narrow. Worth a visit.

A peaceful place to have a cup of tea and cake especially if it is raining. Enjoyed the lake views and nature after a 10km walk from Seaton.
