I am delighted to have found Esther. My laptop had expired and in the space of 48hrs I had not only purchased a refurbished laptop from her, but she had downloaded all my files and I was up and running at a surprisingly reasonable cost. When I first called her, she took time to talk me through my concerns and requirements in a calm, entirely objective and professional manner. I will certainly be using her services from now on for IT support and advice and cannot recommend her highly enough.

As my elderly lap-top gave up the ghost on a Thursday morning I phoned Esther, having used her expertise before, asking for her opinion. That same evening she came to see me and suggested several alternatives I had, one of which was that she had a very good reconditioned Dell lap-top at a very good price which I immediately accepted. Taking my old one with her she said she would transfer all my documents over and set it up. I was surprised when she delivered it to my home on Saturday morning fully up and running and connected to the Wi-fi and printer. What brilliant service and expertise as well as being so friendly. I know I will never need to go anywhere else whenever I need help and I am very happy to recommend her to anyone who needs her service. Thank you Esther.

Esther is ABSOLUTE MAGIC!! For an unknown reason my E-mail suddenly suffered from 'Lockdown' just when I needed it, I tried the Microsoft method which only made the system totally disappear. Contacted Esther and within an hour of arriving the system was perfectly servicable. Brilliant - and such a nice person, what could be better?
