Tried to use this company to create a new design for our business, and was happy to pay upfront which I did, to then find that I was dealing with a middle man, then designer, which most people will know does not help when trying to work on a design. And that is exactly what happened. Poor designs, did not read though our requirements as each time a design came back it would not be what we asked for. Gave up in the end and went else where. But the main reason for the poor review is that I have had no follow up, no communication, just took my money, created some very poor designs and that was it. Whenever we take money upfront from our customers we always follow up, not just hope we dont hear back from them.
