Absolutely delighted with the service given by the team at Harris & Harris, Axminster, who could not have been more helpful. We chose this small, family run agency because not only did they know the local market and gave a realistic valuation, they had a friendly, but very professional, approach to selling the property. They could not have been more helpful during the sale process; with us selling an empty property on behalf of a relative and living so far away they visited the bungalow regularly to keep an eye on it and even took utility meter readings for us on the day of completion.
