We purchased our new house through Symonds and Sampson. The whole team were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Would we recommend Symonds and Sampson? We found our forever home with Symonds and Sampson, we had been looking for quite a few months. They made the process smooth and easy, getting back to our queries quickly and it was no trouble for them when we asked to view the property again so we could measure up. They even gave us a goody bag on the day of completion, very sweet of them.

Ours was a long and difficult sale due to the unique nature of the property, but S&S stuck with it. They managed to find lots of interested buyers, and after a couple of disappointments the sale went through. During the whole process the staff at Axminster were superb. Patient, tenacious and informative. I would recommend them without hesitation. Well done team Axminster!

We chose to engage Symonds and Sampson over the other three estate agents because of their genuine interest in the property we were selling. Their advice was sound and and their attitude always friendly and professional. We were impressed with the efforts of the whole team who always treated us with courteousness and were all up to speed on our property. I can thoroughly recommend them without any reservation.
