Gemma is an expert in her craft, Myofascia release. Which I believe is the most effective of all manual in-put therapies. When Gemma releases your tacked down soft tissues and congestions, it gives your body the wonderful feeling of a relaxed yet flowing state. Gemma is very empathic to your body's life experiences to current condition and so treats you subjectively. Add to this her general calming and caring nature which is obviously enhances the treatment session experience, but also her post treatment sessions communications with you are very welcome and reassuring. I strongly recommend anyone to go and see Gemma whether in pain or not.

I can not recommend Gemma enough. Firstly she is very lovely and easy to connect with , but also was keen to listen to my concerns and past histories. The treatments are done in such a relaxing way that I struggle to stay awake! All that tension release giving this incredible relaxed feeling. I was highly recommended Gemma by a friend and to honest I had no idea what the treatment really was before I went but I left feeling it was the best treatment id ever had!! I had been suffering with aches and pains from my neck to my back for sometime and after an hour and a half with Gemma my body hadnt felt so loose for a very long time. And this was just the first session!.. 100% recommend to go and see Gemma!!..

Gemma is extremely competent at her craft. Together with core strengthening exercise, she helped me to overcome severe lower back pain last year. Her scientific approach to pinpointing the precise issue was reassuring and absolutely accurate. It concurred with a CT scan I eventually had carried at the RD&E Hospital showing cartilage displacement not visible on an x-ray locally. Her treatment is gentle and reassuring. I can't recommend her strongly enough.
