I thought I knew enough about what I wanted my brand to be, however, I am not the expert. Taking Chris's advice and starting with the Brand Workshop helped to clarify my brand, what it means and how the public will see it, most importantly remember it. Chris was extremely patient in guiding me through the process and would not move onto the next step unless I fully understood and fully onboard. It wasn't just about taking Chris's advice, it was a two-way interaction where my thoughts and ideas were considered and taken into account. We began our re-brand journey with very little knowledge of brand awareness and its impact on a companies growth and image. Our original logo was put together at the origin of CAPs and comprised from input from various sources, it lacked depth and meaning. Working with Chris enabled us to explore and validate the ethos behind what we do at CAP Technologies, incorporating our findings into a new direction for our brand that embodies our true values and passion for what we do. Chris was very organised and methodical with his approach to solidifying and articulation the Freshbat brand. He was great at getting to the bottom of why we were positioning our brand in a certain way and helping to work out the best terminology to accurately reflect our brand ethos and values. We now have a really strong foundation to continue building out our brand and marketing strategy which will help us to grow effectively by attracting the right clients and repelling the wrong ones!
