        Requiring a replacement part to fit a 1998 Villager stove, I called to ascertain the part number. Rather than wait for the post we decided to collect the item the next day, being a mere 30 miles to Axminster. I would to cite Mike as being most helpful throughout. Service at its finest.         Our rear liner had cracked on our stove, Alice was very prompt and efficient at arranging a replacement. Great customer service. Thanks so much!

        If I could give zero stars I would. Spent 800 purchasing a wood burning stove which has had limited use over five months. Been tested and approved by local Building Control and confirmed installation is in compliance with Part J of Building Regulations. Anyone considering purchasing a stove from this company i strongly recommend you read the guarantee before you purchase. I had a problem with a brickett and on ringing for advice i was met with a barrage of a defensive, technical argument. Rather than as they advertise " we are here to support you". Very unhelpful.
