        Abysmal experience. Communication is terrible, often non-existent. I've never dealt with a solicitor (Mr Burdett) who is quite as slow and incompetent. Frustrated that I didn't change solicitors earlier in the process. In short, I do not recommend this firm at all. Stuffy, dated and not responsive.
