Beautiful house and gardens. Large rooms and great for large groups. The wifi works in one room, one of our party took 2 wifi boosters which made it better. But many of the beds were rickety, wobbly and squeaky. The bath water was yellow. The music system is so old it requires an old school iPod to use it! There are 2 picnic tables outside the kitchen but we couldn't move them into the sun as they were padlocked together. There is no comfortable outside furniture. Some updating to all these things would bring Chubbs Farm up to a really good standard to match the price of the property. Lovely fields to walk in belong to the property. So a beautiful house and surroundings, but plan carefully to make sure you have what you need.
