Amazing customer service. I had occasion for more than a few interactions with Axminster's international customer service. Replies were prompt, friendly, and, in one case, more than kind. Knowing I will be taken care of Axminster has made my list of go to companies for woodworking.

Very good service. Great and quick contact via chat. There was a problem with my order but it was quickly resolved. Lots of good quality goods at a good price. When buying from outside the UK prices include fees. I recommend !

I ordered a chuck, a sharpening wheel and a grinding wheel reduction. The chuck is great, in fact its awesome. Great quality tools and I really enjoy them. The wheel reduction was initially not included in the package but was sent separately after contacting the sales department.

First bought tools from the initial outlet back in the 80s a very modest purchase from a modest store . Now I run a workshops in Antigua and needs have grown. I recently bought a few thousand quids worth of Festool from the Axminster. Needles to say they have grown exponentially in the last few decades. I found the level of stock and customer service to be superb. My order was very time sensitive and The tools made it to the freight forwarder in double quick time. Everything was seamless. Very disappointing delivery service. They insist on using DX Delivery, these guys have failed to deliver to me on multiple occasions. Will now shop elsewhere.
