        Cartwright Mobility, especially Charles, went above and beyond. I was at the early stages of applying for my first Wheelchair Accessable Vehicle (WAV), when I got in contact. I didnt know whether I could use a ramp myself, or needed a lift. Charles was happy for me to visit. What followed was a good 2-3 hours on a hot Thursday of him advising and demonstrating what would help me to be as independent as possible. He even said that the best vehicle for me would be a Mercedes Sprinter, something which the company doesnt supply. At the end, Charles was kind enough to write a report for me, which I forwarded to my team at motability. He has continued to be a support to me and I credit him with being a good part of the reason why I have been awarded the grant for the Sprinter. Thank you once again.

        Called to just enquire about vehicle availability but because I did not give my name as I don't think its important at the enquire stage there attitude was unhelpful so more than happy to put the business elsewhere and not give them a second chance
