A charming garden and a hidden gem! We ate in the garden and it was gorgeous! (The pub is currently being refurbed). The staff, and service were fab and really friendly! Lovely setting amongst wildflowers. We shared the beef brisket burger and the smoked salmon burger, both absolutely delicious! And topped off with a yum banoffee pie! Well be back again, and to visit the smokehouse shop!

As soon as possible you must try this place!! When it reopens in whatever format , high end or very high end, this is a gem you don't want anyone to know about!! If you can get on a guest list for any event here , you must attend!! You will not be disappointed!!! 10/10 ,

Very reluctant to share a review on this place because I want to keep it secret...... but thats only because its the best place we've ever eaten!! We got back as often as we can, the food is professionally prepared and presented to an excellent standard. The staff will do anything to make you feel welcome and the location.....well, just idyllic! Please don't go.....we found it first!
