Helena is amazing. :-) I became aware of muscle testing and kinesiology a number of years ago and am really impressed with how powerful it is as a therapeutic methodology. Helena is more than a kinesiologist though. She's the best. :-) I have been to see Helena for puzzling physical ailments and at times of emotional unbalance and every time she picks me up, dusts me off, sorts me out and sets me off ready to face the world again. I can't recommend Helena highly enough. :-)
